Philip has lead his Christchurch team in undertaking numerous commercial and residential building assessments to assist with the repair and rebuild of Christchurch. Philip is an advisor to Lumley and IAG Insurance and continues to represent them as a member of the Technical Advisory Group. Guy has over 20 years’ experience working in surveying and engineering consultancies. In that time he has gained a vast knowledge of land development, engineering design and project management. Adrian has undertaken a wide range of civil design, consenting and construction monitoring projects. He has a keen interested in the three waters, in particular urban stormwater and has designed water conveyance and storage systems and has undertaken flood and mitigation assessments involving rivers, channels and in river structures. Assessments have involved empirical calculations through to detailed computer models. He has designed stormwater and waste water treatment systems, completed trade waste assessments and has investigated and remediated a range of contaminated land sites involving industrial, horticultural and biological contaminants. Adrian brings a broad set of programming and database skills to his modelling and engineering work. He has business acumen and understanding of financial and economic matters. Mark is a geotechnical engineer with 12 years’ experience gained in New Zealand, Australia and the UK. He has worked on projects ranging from residential dwellings through to Europe’s largest engineering project. Mark’s areas of specialism include site investigation design and management, geomorphological and geological assessment, slope stability analysis, landslide assessment and remediation, and project management.
Allen has significant experience in structural engineering. Some of his work has included DSA's for large multistory buildings, warehouses and light commercial in Auckland, and within Christchurch and the South Island. She was a Futureintech Ambassador for Rotorua from 2005 to 2010. Her broad structural design experience ranges from residential, commercial, school, public buildings (like museums) to industrial projects. She has designed a variety of structures. She was actively involved in the seismic assessment and strengthening of various residential, commercial, school (through Ministry of Education) buildings and convent/churches in New Zealand.
